whosoever has written it, i dont know, but this stuff is really remarkable. may allah help us gain a lot of blessings and bounties out of his "rahmah" and "fadl" in the month of ramadhan which is coming very shortly. may allah help us inculcate in ourselves the love & affection and respect & reverence for his beloved prophet muhammad (peace and blessings of allah be upon him, upon his wives, upon his companions and upon his ummah). may allah help us make our lives and deeds in accordance woth his and his prophet's wishes. aameen

Ameen Ya Rabbal Alamin! :)
I read that poem through a forwarded email. The name given was Aaliyah though I have no clue who she is or where she's from. But masyaAllah, I really love it. Its so simple yet it really touches the heart in a way I can't explain. May Allah answer your dua!
