For a start

I’ve exhausted my words on my About page and am stumped as to what to write as a first post.

Such is man and our need to impress. ;)

For a start, I’ll just share this:

Deprivation only hurts you because of your incomprehension of God in it.

This does not mean that our hurt is unfounded or uncalled for. We’re only humans. We live, we eat, we love, we hurt. Its inevitable. But if we were only to contemplate our deprivation or what our lives lack, we would be comforted knowing that God has power over all things and that it is He that has Willed conditions to be so. And since His Knowledge is All-Encompassing, who are we to question Him? Surely He knows best the reasons & the wisdom behind each deprivation.

So for those of you hurting out there, be comforted that He knows what you’re going through and since He is Most Kind, there is good that will come out of this. If He brings you to it, He’ll bring you through it. :)
